Events- Cocktail lounge
Our cocktail lounge is an amazing space that accommodates up to 55 guests. It features hard flooring, black-framed floor-to-ceiling windows, and offers a choice of low seating or our white and gold cocktail tables with black velvet stools. The room can be set up and arranged to suit various needs. A unique feature is the balcony surrounding the room, which is adorned with artificial grass and barrels, providing additional space to spread out and enjoy. This room also serves as a bridal suite or cocktail lounge before larger events when the Grand Room is hired."
Events- Grand Room
You will not find another room like Ivory Pavilion's Grand Room. Complete with crystal chandeliers, hard grey floors, floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides, black-framed windows, a large white dance floor, stage, sheer curtains with fairy lights, additional fairy lights hanging from the ceiling, greenery draped and drop-down lightbulbs, LED signs, and feature walls including floral or greenery designs. We offer the room exclusively for weddings, events, and functions for clients and couples who wish to wow their guests with something unique and special. This room can be shaped and set up by our staff to suit your needs. We are not just a hire service; we set up, clean, manage, and serve you and your guests or attendees so you can simply enjoy the event without having to run it.

Before Renovation
In order for you to understand our passion for what we do its importaint to us that you learn what it took to get here. We are thrilled to bring someting special and unquire to the fringe or Ballarat with only and hour to Geelong and 1.5 hrs to most Melbourne locations often less. It took 8.5 months to renovate and make Ivory pavilion what is today and we hope you love it as much as we do.
